Cornerstone Appraisal LLC was founded in September of 2009. Owner, Scott Bortolini, has combined his 15 years of banking experience and extensive knowledge in appraisal practices to form a full service commercial/agricultural appraisal firm. With a degree in Business Administration and a vast knowledge of economics and finance, Scott is able to provide professional service and assist his clients in solving appraisal challenges. As a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, Cornerstone Appraisal has aligned itself with one of the most respected appraisal organizations in the appraisal business. Cornerstone takes a great deal of pride in staying active and involved in all of the markets we serve as we continue to strive to stay current of the ever changing market. Who We Are
Lori Kleiman
Lori Kleiman joined Cornerstone Appraisal 10 years ago and works mainly on Agricultural Appraisals. Lori grew up on a farm just north of the City of Kewaunee and has stayed in the area, still living in Kewaunee County with her husband Brian and two boys, Max and Luke. Lori enjoys spending time with family and friends, loves going up north to their cabin and watching a wide variety of sports.
Cassie Borgardt
Cassie joined Cornerstone Appraisal in January 2018 after graduating from UW-River Falls in December 2017 with a degree in Agricultural Business. She grew up on a farm in Oshkosh, WI. Besides helping out at the farm, Cassie enjoys watching and playing sports, and spending time outdoors. Cassie completed her Certified General Appraiser License in 2021 and is currently living and working out of Oshkosh.
Amy Meyers
Amy joined the Cornerstone Appraisal team in January of 2020. She was raised on a dairy farm in Kewaunee and is a graduate of UW-Green Bay. Amy and her husband, Dave have two children, Alex and Brayden. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching & playing sports, running, traveling, and exploring the area parks. Amy is currently taking classes to obtain her Certified General Appraiser licensure.
Jessica Pinchart
Jessica started at Cornerstone Appraisal in 2016 as a high school senior. She graduated from UW-Green Bay with a degree in Business Administration. She resides in Kewaunee County where she was born and raised. Jessica enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends and making homemade cards. She is currently taking classes to obtain her Certified General Appraiser License.
